Hawaii E-Cigarette Bill Passes Senate Committee

Another Win For Electronic Cigarettes!

After much debate, the Hawaii Senate and Ways Committee voted to delete language that would require a 70% tobacco tax on electronic cigarette devices.

E-cigarette bill, Sb2233, was passed by the Hawaii Senate and Ways Committee on Friday, February 10, after members voted to delete language that would require a 70% tobacco tax on electronic cigarettes. The main portion of the bill, which restricts the sales of e-cigarettes to minors, is still intact, obviously.

Those who were opposed to requiring the 70% tax on electronic cigarettes, which deliver vaporized nicotine to users, noted that e-cigs do not contain any tobacco, do not emit any noxious or hazardous smoke, and could actually help smokers break their smoking habits.

All in all, this was an excellent decision made by the Hawaii Senate and Ways Committee. Cudos to them for actually paying attention to what consumers really want.

So I've decided to start an e-cigarettes reviews and news blog. Why? Well, quite simply, because electronic cigarettes (e-cigs) are so much better than regular "tobacco' cigarettes, IMHO. In fact, there's no comparison whatsoever.

As someone who has finally made the switch to e-cigarettes (and I'm so damn glad that I did!), I realized that such a blog would be a great way for me to share all that I've learned and experienced along the way while vaping.

These days, there are so many brands and types to choose from that it can be very overwhelming when you're looking to switch to e-cigs for the first time. -This, I can vouch for! Unfortunately, there are very few decent websites that truthfully review e-cigarettes, or offer unbiased opinions and information to those of us wanting to learn more about electronic cigarettes.

With all that in mind, I decided to start the Full Vapor site. I'll be covering such things as:

• E-cigarette reviews
• Industry news
• Which e-cigarette brands are the best
• The best e-cig Starter Kits
• The best e-liquids (liquid nicotine - also called e-juice)
• E-liquid flavors and reviews

That, and a whole lot more.

My main goal is for this site to become one of the best e-cigarette review sites on the Internet - one that you can fully trust for all your vapind needs.

And with much work on my part, Full Vapor will give you the latest, up-to-date vaping goodies regarding new releases, sales, promotions, contests, etc.
